Tonight I christened my new mixer (Betty Bosch) by making my favorite cookies and must say that it was without a doubt the best baking experience I've ever had. I really regret not taking Lindsay's advice and breaking a bottle of champagne over the Bosch but I'll just have to spill some diet coke on it and call it good.
Note: Bosch kicks Kitchen Aid to the curb. I love my new toy!

Holy crap. How nice to win some cash to buy such a thing. Coincidentally, I just bought a Kitchen Aid, but can't bring myself to open it (I have this issue when it comes to opening expensive things). Should I reconsider?

My mom is also a Bosch lover. I still stand by my KitchenAid. However, I can appreciate other devices. I think I'm now ready to move on to a food processor!
Don't worry. I'm sure that SOMEHOW SOMEONE will spill some diet coke on it. I know, cuz we have the same name, and this kind of stuff happens to us.
