Ugly Naked Guy

I'm beginning to think that society believes it is totally appropriate for big, ugly, fat guys to go outside in their underwear. Okay, maybe not society. Maybe it is just the Ugly Practically Naked Guy who lives around the corner from me. Every time I drive down the street towards my house I see him..most of him. Ugh!!
