Today at work I had to take a survey for an award my company might get. Here is my favorite question:
"I can be myself at work"
Possible answers: strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree, does not apply.

depends on which "self" we're talking about...
I'm curious what you actually put. I'd say disagree--but that would just be me...
